Refunds & Exchanges
If an item needs to be returned it will need to be in its original packaging and quality. The items need to be unwashed, unworn and unused.
If you wish to return something please do so within 14 days. If returned, the team will assess the piece for damage and if a factory fault is identified the customer will receive a credit voucher in ZAR.
*please note, no credit or return will be given on shipping cost.
With regards to exchanges: free exchange will be issued plus 1 free shipping per order.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery times are ±2-3 working days.
Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
